CA Partner is developed for Contract Administrators of the HUD Project Based Section 8 program and integrates TRACS processing with IPBS Invoicing and Mobile MOR Inspection.  CA Partner seamlessly integrates to Property Partner thus providing the CA to work proactively with the Owner/Agents.  Web Property Partner provides Owners and Agents with up to date information from the CA on their TRACS and Voucher file submissions and payments and upcoming and completed MOR Inspections.  Finally, the CA and Owner/Agents can work together in processing Special Claims and Rent Adjustments.

Ensures Compliance of HUD’s TRACS Regulations and Efficiently Processes HAP Requests:

CA Partner provides the Contract Administrators (CA’s) the capability to automatically import and export TRACS and Voucher files based on user-defined preferences thru the HUD’s iMax System.  The system Auto Reminder function provides notification of certifications that have not been submitted timely and automatically sends to O/A Missing Certification Notices.  As files are Auto Updated the system verifies file accuracy and sends all discrepancies to O/A and Occupancy Specialists for review.

Simplifies IBPS Invoice Processing:

The IBPS Invoicing Module simplifies the CA’s Invoice Process based on the eight Project Based Tasks (PBT’s) requirements.  MOR Inspection and TRACS Processing modules integrate to ensure that there are no duplicate functions.  The processing of Tenant Health, Safety and Maintenance issues are expedited through the utilization of an Inquiry Interactive Voice Response System. Contract Renewals and Rent Adjustments are processed the integration of Property Partner.  The Monthly, Quarterly and Annual PBT’s including the Quarterly Risk Assessment Report are integrated into the CA Partner Performance Statistics module with an automatic update of the data from the HUD systems which is reported on the Web Executive Portal.

Streamlines MOR Inspection Processing:

The Mobile MOR (Management and Occupancy Review) Inspection Module operates on an iPad and completely automates the inspection process from scheduling the inspection, sending out email/letters, selecting the Tenant File Review List, comments utilizing voice recognition, taking pictures or videos and then automatically updating the IBPS Invoice Tasks.
