1. A Team of 3 Certified Contact Tracers including a Case Investigator (Supervisor) are assigned to every COVID case and work the cases until resolved.
2. We developed a special Contact Tracing System that records all information obtained in this secure System and all critical information is hidden until it needs to be viewed.
3. The GTCS System provides the Contact Tracers with appropriate guidance and business rules to efficiently process a case. All information is updated to the Public Health System via a secure transfer.
