Work Orders are entred into the Housing Authority Work Order System
Emergency Work Order requests are immediately text messaged to On-Call Maintenance staff so the problem can be attended to as soon as possible
If the operator does not receive an immediate response from the on-call maintenance staff they receive an instant follow up call.
The HQS Inspection Service provides a personal call, email, and text reminders to landlords and tenants within 48 hours, 24 hours, and the morning of inspection. Tenants are able to reschedule by calling the Call Center 24/7.
Included in the service is the iHQS Inspection Software App for the Housing Authority Inspectors, which is the most comprehensive software, plus iPads and 4G Service. Our Call Center updates your Housing Management System and can submit the HQS PIC Files. Finally, we can also include our own HUD Certified Quality Assurance Inspectors (QAI) to perform the inspections.
The Receptionist Service answers all calls from applicants, tenants, vendors, and all other calls During Wait List Purge or Opening Wait List reception services facilitates all calls from applicants Operators have access to Housing Authorities System and can thus provide applicants answers related to wait lists, questions related to re-certifications and interviews, inspections, payments, tenant receivables, etc.
